Posteriorment es prems\u00e0 suaument i es desfang\u00e0 el most. Una vegada separat el most net de les parts s\u00f2lides s&#8217;inici\u00e0 el proc\u00e9s de fermentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop finalitzada la fermentaci\u00f3 es mantingu\u00e9 en contacte el vi amb les mares fines ( mares produ\u00efdes per la clarificaci\u00f3 est\u00e0tica del most al finalitzar la fermentaci\u00f3) durant per potenciar al m\u00e0xim les aromes varietals.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aquest vi s&#8217;han embotellat un total de 13.000 ampolles, totes numerades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nota de tast<br \/>\n<\/strong>Vi blanc de color lleugerament daurat amb tints verdosos i d&#8217;alta densitat. Destaca la pres\u00e8ncia de ll\u00e0grimes abundants i persistents.<br \/>\nD&#8217;aroma molt potent, desperta records a fruites madures i ex\u00f2tiques, principalment al mango.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;entrada no agressiva y molt equilibrada. Al paladar, bona acidesa i un retorn al mango.
